These Terms govern your use of JC.AI (the “Service”), an intelligent assistant provided by Jean Claude Nguele, trading as JC.AI (“we”, “our”, “the Seller”). By accessing or using the Service, you accept these Terms.
1. The Service
JC.AI offers general-purpose AI features: chat, document analysis, image generation, voice, translation, Bible study and related tools. The Service is provided “as is”, without any warranty of uninterrupted or error-free availability.
2. Account and authority
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and be of legal age or otherwise have the authority to enter into this agreement.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service for:
- any unlawful or fraudulent activity, or activity infringing third-party rights;
- spam, unsolicited outreach, or non-consensual mass distribution;
- generating hateful or illegal content, sexually explicit material involving minors, or large-scale disinformation;
- creating deepfakes, impersonating real people, or producing misleading content intended to cause harm;
- circumventing or interfering with the security of the Service (scanning, scraping, injection, malware);
- reverse engineering, unauthorised redistribution or resale.
4. Your content and AI responsibility
You are responsible for the prompts you submit, for how you use generated outputs, and for verifying their accuracy. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to any content you upload (text, image, audio, document).
AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. They do not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial or tax). Do not use the Service to make high-stakes decisions without qualified human oversight.
We reserve the right to filter, restrict or refuse certain outputs, to moderate content, and to suspend accounts in the event of repeated copyright or usage-rule violations.
5. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service, its software, its documentation and its brand. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service within the scope of your subscription.
6. Payment and subscriptions
Our orders are handled by our official resellers PayPal, Google Play Billing and, once available, the Apple App Store (Merchants of Record). These providers handle payment, invoicing, local taxes, renewals and payment-related customer support.
Subscriptions (Plus, Pro, Elite) are monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Credit packs (Starter, Power, Creator) are one-off, non-renewing purchases. For plan, pack and tax details, see our Sales Terms and our Refund Policy.
Each plan grants access to features within the applicable quotas, daily or monthly depending on the feature, reset automatically at the end of each period. Published quotas are maximums, and no quota-limited feature is presented as unlimited. To protect availability and security, we may apply proportionate safeguards in case of abnormal or abusive use (temporary limitation of the affected features, throttling, suspension), in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. Essential functions (account, subscription, payments, history) remain accessible wherever possible.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access in the event of a serious breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations of our rules. When your access ends, your data may be deleted after a reasonable export period.
8. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose). Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us during the past 12 months. We accept no liability for indirect, consequential or special damages (loss of profit, data or reputation). No limitation applies in cases of fraud, death or personal injury, or where the law prohibits it.
9. Indemnity
You indemnify us against any claim arising from your content, from unlawful use of the Service, or from a breach of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
