Questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. From My subscription, click Cancel. You keep access until the end of the paid period, no renewal after that.
How do I upgrade or downgrade?
Go to My subscription and pick another plan. Free → Plus → Pro → Elite (and back) — the change is handled automatically without cancelling first.
What are Credit Packs?
Optional AI credit top-ups you can buy in addition to your monthly plan. Great if you want to generate more images or run more research than your monthly quota. Packs never expire on active plans.
What if I hit my limit?
You'll see a clear message telling you the limit is reached. Quotas reset automatically — daily ones at midnight UTC, monthly ones at the end of the period. You can also upgrade your plan or buy a credit pack.
What payment methods are supported?
Web: PayPal (PayPal balance or credit/debit card — Visa, Mastercard, Amex — linked to your PayPal account). Android app: Google Play Billing.
Are current subscribers affected by the new pricing?
No. If you already subscribed at the previous price, you keep that price for as long as your subscription stays active — you're grandfathered in.
