This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to any use of the services provided by Jean Claude Nguele, trading as JC.AI(“we”, “us”). By using JC.AI, you agree to comply with this policy. Any violation may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account, without refund.
1. Eligibility
To use JC.AI, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your country of residence) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You warrant that you are not domiciled in, nor accessing the service from, a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions imposed by OFAC, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United Nations (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk).
2. Prohibited uses
You agree not to use the service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation (federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, laws of your country of residence, international sanctions, GDPR, consumer protection laws).
- Infringe the rights of others: intellectual property rights (copyright, trademarks, patents), privacy, image rights, trade secrets.
- Distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, or attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the service, its users, or our payment providers (PayPal, Google Play Billing, Apple App Store).
- Carry out large-scale scraping, reverse engineering, or circumvent technical limits (rate limits, quotas, paywalls, plan-based access controls).
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense or rebrand the service without prior written authorisation.
- Use the service to train a competing AI model.
- Send spam, phishing or unsolicited communications via the service.
- Carry out money laundering, terrorism financing, or any fraudulent payment (abusive chargebacks, card theft, etc.).
3. Prohibited content and industries
It is strictly prohibited to generate, upload, host, sell or share content via the service, or to use it to operate activities, in the following areas:
- Illegal: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), promotion of terrorism, incitement to hatred, violence, or discrimination.
- Deceptive: non-consensual deepfakes, medical or electoral disinformation, identity theft, fake reviews.
- Dangerous: instructions for making weapons (chemical, biological, nuclear, explosive, firearms), illegal drugs, self-harm methods, cyberattacks.
- Non-consensual sexual content: sexual content involving identifiable individuals without explicit consent, or involving minors in any form. The sale or distribution of pornography via the service is prohibited.
- Harassing: threats, doxxing, targeted intimidation, exploitation of vulnerable persons.
- Fraudulent: financial fraud schemes, fake official documents, counterfeiting, stolen goods.
- Unauthorised regulated industries: online gambling, cannabis and related products, tobacco, e-cigarettes, firearms and ammunition, leveraged cryptocurrencies, unlicensed financial services, prescription drugs, paid adult content, escort agencies.
4. Fair use and technical limits
Subscription plans (Free, Plus, Pro, Elite) and AI credit packs (Starter, Power, Creator) include quotas, daily or monthly depending on the feature, which reset automatically at the end of each period. Any attempt to circumvent these limits constitutes a violation of this AUP.
The following are notably prohibited:
- Abusive automation: scripts, bots, looped call queues or repeated requests generated other than through normal human use of the application.
- Massive sharing of an account among multiple people, resale of access, or use of an account as a pooled service.
- Creating multiple accounts or using technical means to circumvent a plan's quotas.
- Deliberately exhausting the service's resources (disproportionate consumption, needless requests, unauthorised load testing).
JC.AI may apply proportionate safeguards — temporary limitation of the affected features, throttling, suspension or termination — in order to preserve the service's availability for all users.
5. AI-generated content
You are solely responsible for how you use content generated by JC.AI. AI outputs may contain errors, biases, or inaccurate information. You must verify them before any professional, medical, legal or financial use. You must not present AI-generated content as being exclusively of human origin where the law requires disclosure (e.g. academic publications, journalistic content, advertising).
6. Reporting abuse
To report a violation of this policy, contact us at jcgloballlc7@gmail.com with the subject line “AUP Report” and a detailed description. We handle all reports within a reasonable timeframe and cooperate with competent authorities where required by law.
7. Consequences of violation
Any violation of this AUP may result, depending on severity, in:
- A written warning.
- Temporary suspension of your account.
- Immediate termination of your account, without notice or refund, and simultaneous termination of any active subscription (with, where applicable, blocking of any future payment attempts).
- Reporting to the competent authorities for serious or criminal violations.
- Civil or criminal proceedings to recover damages incurred.
8. Changes
We may update this policy at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
