These General Sales Terms (“Terms”) govern the sale of JC.AI subscriptions and credit packs offered by Jean Claude Nguele, trading as JC.AI, through its official resellers PayPal, Google Play Billing and, once available, the Apple App Store (Merchants of Record).
1. Offers and pricing
Four subscription plans are available:
- Free — $0 forever: up to 15 messages/day, 2 free image generations per day, 4 documents/day, 4 web searches/day, 3 minutes of voice conversation per day, community support.
- Plus — $19.99/month: up to 100 messages/day (2,000/month), Deep Research (10/month), OCR, translation, vision, voice transcription, up to 5 images/day (100/month), 10 documents/day (200/month), 25 web searches/day (400/month), 10 minutes of voice conversation/day (60 minutes/month), email support.
- Pro — $49.99/month: up to 300 messages/day (6,000/month), up to 25 HD images/day (400/month), 30 documents/day (600/month), 100 web searches/day (1,500/month), Deep Research (30/month), 30 minutes of voice conversation/day (300 minutes/month), avatars (5/month), podcasts (3/month), 3D Creator, Audio Studio, premium voices, AI Agents & Workspaces, API access (coming soon), priority support.
- Elite — $99.99/month: the highest quotas (up to 750 messages/day, 15,000/month), up to 50 HD images/day (800/month), 75 documents/day (1,200/month), 250 web searches/day (3,000/month), Deep Research (60/month), 60 minutes of voice conversation/day (750 minutes/month), music generation (10/month), podcasts (5/month), avatars (15/month), video generation coming soon, Premium AI Studio, early access, dedicated support.
Each subscription grants access to JC.AI features within the quotas of the subscribed plan. Depending on the feature, these quotas are daily or monthly and reset automatically at the end of their period, without any action on your part. Published quotas are maximums (“up to”) and may be adjusted to guarantee the stability and security of the service; any significant unfavourable change is communicated in advance. No quota-limited feature is presented as unlimited.
Reasonable abuse-prevention measures may be applied in the event of abnormal use (unauthorised automation, mass account sharing, attempts to circumvent limits, clearly disproportionate consumption): temporary limitation of the affected features, suspension or termination of the account. Essential functions (account, subscription, payments, history, library) remain accessible wherever possible.
2. AI credit packs (one-off purchases)
Credit packs are one-off purchases, independent of any subscription, allowing you to increase your generation capacity beyond your monthly quotas. They may be purchased separately, with or without an active subscription.
- Starter Pack — $10: 150 credits.
- Power Pack — $50: 400 credits.
- Creator Pack — $100: 800 credits.
Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. Packs do not renew automatically and are not refundable once consumed (see our Refund Policy).
3. Price, currency and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD), exclusive of taxes. Applicable local taxes (VAT, sales tax, GST, etc.) are calculated and collected automatically by the payment provider at the time of order, based on your country of residence.
4. Ordering and payment methods
Every order is placed through one of the following payment channels:
- PayPal — PayPal balance or bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) linked to your PayPal account.
- Google Play Billing — for purchases made from the Android application.
- Apple App Store — once the iOS application is published.
The contract is concluded as soon as the order is confirmed and payment is successfully collected.
5. Activation and duration
The subscription is activated immediately after payment confirmation. Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically each month on the anniversary date, until cancelled. Credit packs are delivered immediately and do not renew.
6. Plan changes (upgrade / downgrade)
You may switch between plans (Free ↔ Plus ↔ Pro ↔ Elite) at any time from the “My subscription” page. An upgrade takes effect immediately; the new price is applied on a pro-rated basis or at the next billing date depending on the payment provider. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current period; no pro-rated refund is due.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the “My subscription” page or directly from the payment provider's portal (PayPal, Google Play, App Store). The service remains active until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refund is due, except as provided under our Refund Policy.
8. Changes to prices or plans
We reserve the right to modify our plans and prices. Any change will be notified by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, and will only apply from the next renewal. Existing subscribers keep their original price for as long as their subscription remains active (grandfathering).
9. Billing and invoices
Invoices are issued by the payment provider (PayPal, Google Play, Apple) and sent by email. You can also find them in your JC.AI account as well as in the relevant provider's customer portal.

11. Governing law
These Sales Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable in your country of residence. Each payment provider's own purchase terms apply in addition.
