We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on JC.AI subscriptions (Plus, Pro, Elite). If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase, provided you have not made significant use of the paid features.
Renewals
Automatic renewals are not covered by the 14-day guarantee. You may cancel at any time from “My Subscription” or from the payment provider's portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and prevents any future renewal.
AI credit packs
Credit packs (Starter, Power, Creator) are one-off purchases and are non-refundable once the credits have been used. A refund may be granted, at our discretion, for unused credits within 14 days of purchase.
How to request a refund
The procedure depends on the provider that processed your payment:
- PayPal — open a dispute from your PayPal account or contact us with the transaction number received by email.
- Google Play Billing — from Google Play → Account → Order history → Request a refund (automatic within 48 hours, otherwise via Google Support).
- Apple App Store (once available) — via reportaproblem.apple.com.
You may also write to us directly at jcgloballlc7@gmail.com with your purchase email and the reason for your request — we will coordinate the process with the relevant provider.
Special cases
Refund requests made after 14 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. In the event of confirmed fraud, abuse of the Service, or a breach of the Terms of Service, a refund may be refused and the account suspended.
