This policy describes how Jean Claude Nguele (“we”), trading as JC.AI, collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use JC.AI (the “Service”). We act as the data controller of your data.

- Identity and account: display name, email address, authentication credentials, avatar.
- User content: chat messages, documents, images, audio, memories and preferences you submit to us.
- Usage data: event logs, usage statistics, technical identifiers (session cookies, device identifiers), IP address, browser information.
- Payment data: processed directly by our providers PayPal, Google Play Billing and, once available, the Apple App Store (Merchants of Record). We never store card numbers.
2. Purposes and legal bases
- Creating and managing your account (performance of the contract);
- Providing the Service's features (performance of the contract);
- Improving the Service, preventing fraud and ensuring security (legitimate interest);
- Customer support (performance of the contract / legitimate interest);
- Marketing communications only with your consent;
- Compliance with legal obligations (accounting, anti-abuse).
3. Data sharing
Your data may be shared with:
- Technical providers: hosting, database, transactional emails, AI models (as processors).
- PayPal, Google Play Billing and the Apple App Store as Merchants of Record, for sales, invoicing, management of subscriptions and credit packs, payment and tax compliance.
- Professional advisors (legal, accounting) where necessary.
- Competent authorities where required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active, then for the period necessary to comply with our legal obligations (accounting, tax) or to defend our rights. You may request deletion at any time.
5. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access control, logging) to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.
6. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You can exercise these rights by writing to us at jcgloballlc7@gmail.com (Jean Claude Nguele — JC.AI). We respond within a reasonable time, generally within one month.
If you reside in the EU or the UK, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Transfers outside the EU/EEA are governed by standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions where applicable.

We use cookies essential to the Service's operation (session, security) and, where applicable, analytics cookies to improve the Service. You can configure your browser to refuse them.
