Delete your JC.AI account
You can permanently delete your JC.AI account and personal data at any time — directly from the app or by writing to us.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the JC.AI app (Android) or jcai.app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → My Account → Danger zone.
- Tap Delete my account, then type
DELETEto confirm. - Your account, data and active PayPal subscription are removed immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't sign in, send an email from the address linked to your account to jcgloballlc7@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request". We will verify your identity and delete your account within 7 days.

- Your profile (name, avatar, preferences, language).
- All conversations, chat history, saved messages and AI memory.
- Uploaded documents, books, images, audio and generated content.
- Personal projects (chat, images, music, video, documents).
- Usage logs, favorites, bookmarks, notes and reading progress.
- Your active PayPal subscription is automatically cancelled.
Data we may retain
For legal, tax, accounting and anti‑fraud purposes only, we retain the strict minimum required by law:
- Billing records — invoices and transaction receipts (kept up to 10 years per accounting regulations).
- Security & abuse logs — minimal anonymised events required to prevent fraud (retained up to 12 months).
These retained records are pseudonymised where possible and never used for marketing.
Third‑party subscriptions
If you subscribed through Google Play or Apple App Store, you must cancel the subscription directly from the store (we cannot cancel it server‑side). Deleting your JC.AI account will still remove access to the service, but a store‑managed subscription keeps auto‑renewing until you cancel it in the store.
Deletion is permanent
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you sign up again later, it will be a new account with no access to previous data.
