Live translation for churches and meetings
JC Live translates speech in real time during a service, a conference or a conversation. The host opens a session, attendees join with a code and follow the translation on their phones.
How it works
1. Create a session
The host creates a JC Live session from their account and picks the translation languages.
2. Share the code
Attendees join with a short code, right in their browser — nothing to install.
3. Speak, JC Live translates
Speech is transcribed and translated live. Each attendee reads or listens in the language chosen by the host.
What JC Live does today
Presentation translation
One speaker talks, the audience follows the written translation live on their phones.
Two-phone interpreter mode
Two people each speak their own language: each phone listens to the other voice and speaks the translation. Nobody hears their own translation.
The host pays, guests pay nothing
The session is billed to the host with prepaid JC Live Credits. Attendees join for free.
Languages tested one by one
JC Live only offers languages whose voice has been tested. The exact list is visible in the app.
Natural voice
Translations can be read aloud with a synthesized voice, in addition to the on-screen text.
Recovery after a drop
If the connection drops, the session reconnects and billing stops when a participant leaves.
Built for multilingual services
A pastor preaches in French while part of the congregation follows in English, Lingala or another offered language. JC Live runs in the browser: no special hardware, no app required for attendees.
What we do not promise
- Only languages whose voice has been tested are offered — the exact list is visible in the app.
- Quality depends on the microphone, background noise and connection — run a rehearsal before a real service.
- A free account lets you discover the app; a JC Live session uses the host's prepaid credits.
